- Your slot is held once the first payment clears.
- Bank transfer, or Stripe or Wise from abroad.
3 monthly payments
- Domain and admin hand over once the last payment clears.
- A missed payment pauses changes and support after 7 days.

Terms
- Billed monthly. 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.
- Pay a year upfront: 10 months' price.
- Extra hours: RM 120 an hour, agreed first.
- Replies within 1 business day, Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 MYT.

What's the year-end rate?
20% off any package except the Landing Page until 31 Dec 2026, in exchange for featuring your project. 5 slots a month.
I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?
Yes. We copy it to a private staging link, you pin what's wrong, and your live site stays up until launch.
Who's behind Tadal Studio?
A small team whose design and build work goes back to 2013, across consultancy, agency and product teams. Tadal is where we now do it for ourselves.
When does my timeline start?
When your logo, copy and photos are all in one shared folder. No copy yet? Add Copywriting from RM 500.
Can I edit my site myself?
Yes, on every package: your text and images. Layout changes go through us or the Care Plan.
I don't have a logo yet.
Every package includes a free starter logo: your name set in 3 typefaces. Full logo design starts from RM 500.
How many changes can I ask for?
As many as you need during your comment and change period. Fixes are always free, and new pages are quoted first.
Do you write the copy?
We polish your copy for free, and writing it from scratch is the Copywriting add-on.
What are the payment terms?
50% to start, 50% before launch. Or 3 monthly payments on Website and up, for 5% more.
What happens after launch?
14 days of free fixes. Then an optional Care Plan from RM 100 a month.
Do you work outside Malaysia?
Yes, and we quote in MYR, USD or SGD.
