What we collect

What you send us through the Website Plan or the contact form: your name, your email or WhatsApp number, phone, company, launch timing, message, your answers about your business and goals, and the package and extras in your plan.
A random visitor ID kept in your browser (not a cookie), and how you first arrived: the link or search you came from. With it we record which pages you view, which key buttons you click and where a form gets stuck (the field name only, never what you type), plus your approximate location (country and city, looked up from your network), your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), your browser and operating system, your browser's language, and the website that linked you here. We don't store your IP address. If your browser sends Do Not Track, we record none of this.
If you answer "How did you hear about us?", your answer.
If we send you a website concept (a link on proposal.tadalstudio.com): when it is opened, with the approximate location, device type and browser, a random ID kept in your browser, and any comments and name you leave on it. We delete these with the concept, or sooner if you ask.
Basic, cookie-free usage data from Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as pages viewed and device type.
We don't take payments on this site. Invoices are paid by bank transfer, Stripe or Wise, under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your website plan and fixed quote, and run your project.
If you gave an email for your website plan, we send you a copy and two short follow-up emails (after 2 and 7 days). Each has an unsubscribe link, and they stop once you reply or book a call.
To understand which pages and posts help visitors, so we can improve the site.
When you send an enquiry, we link your earlier visits on this browser to it, so we can see what led you to get in touch. Visit data is kept for 13 months.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and sent to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing. Emails to you (your website plan and follow-ups) are sent through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile checks each form for spam. We never sell your data.

Tadal Studio connects its own Threads, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts to a private dashboard, so we can reply to people who contact us there and see which posts bring enquiries. Through those connections we receive:

Our own posts, with their view, like, reply and repost counts.
Comments and replies on our posts, and the public username of the person who wrote them.
Messages you send to our Instagram or WhatsApp account: your username or phone number, your name if you share it, and what you write.

The dashboard also searches public Threads posts for a short list of phrases where people ask for a website or a web designer (for example "need a website"). For each matching post we store its text, link, time and the author's public username, so we can read it and, if it fits, reply to it ourselves on Threads. The dashboard never posts, replies, likes, follows or messages anyone on our behalf. Matching posts we don't reply to are deleted after 45 days. If we reply, we keep the post with our reply as a record of that conversation.

We use these only to reply to you and to run your enquiry or project, and we record them as part of that enquiry. We don't use them for advertising, we don't sell them, and we don't share them with anyone except the platform you wrote on (Meta, which handles them under its own privacy policy). The dashboard is private and only Tadal Studio can sign in to it.

Your rights and deleting your data

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. That includes your enquiries, the visit data linked to them, and any comments or messages we received from you on Threads, Instagram or WhatsApp, and any public Threads post of yours the dashboard found. Email hello@tadalstudio.com from the address or account you used, or message us on the platform you contacted us on. Say what you want deleted. We confirm it is you, delete it, and tell you when it is done. We reply within 1 business day.

If you connected an account to Tadal Studio and want that connection removed, remove the app in your Meta account settings, or email us and we will disconnect it and delete what it brought in.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
