Services

Tadal Studio (202503200783) provides the services described in your signed proposal.
Price ranges in your website plan are estimates. The fixed quote in your proposal is the price you pay.
Timelines count from the day we receive all your content, as set out in the proposal.
Each project has one named decision-maker, who gives feedback and approvals.

Payments

Your slot is held once the first payment clears. No work starts before it does.
Standard terms: 50% when you sign the proposal, and 50% when you approve the staging site, before launch. We don't hand over a live site on an unpaid balance.
3 monthly payments (Website and up): the total plus 5%, paid as about 34% to start, then 33% in month 2 and 33% in month 3. Until the last payment clears, the site runs on Tadal Studio's accounts; your domain and admin hand over once it does.
If a payment is more than 7 days late, changes and support pause until it's paid.
Bank transfer in Malaysia; Stripe or Wise for international payments. Quotes and invoices in MYR, USD or SGD.
Refunds are considered case by case.

Year-end rate

20% off the package price for projects confirmed (first payment received) by 31 Dec 2026. Up to 5 projects a month.
It applies to the package only: not the Landing Page, add-ons, standalone services or the Care Plan.
In exchange, you agree that we can feature the project as a case study and ask you for a testimonial. You approve both before anything is published.
If you'd rather keep the project private, the list price applies.

Portfolio and privacy

Landing Pages, and every project at the year-end rate, include permission for Tadal Studio to show the project in its portfolio, case studies and social posts. We'll send you any write-up to approve first, and we never share private data or figures without your OK.
Keep project private (RM 100 on a Landing Page) must be chosen before work starts.

Rush delivery

Rush delivery (Landing Page and Website) adds 25% to the package price and makes the timeline about 40% shorter. It depends on your content and feedback arriving on time.

Upgrade credit

Upgrade from a Landing Page to a Website or bigger package within 90 days of launch and RM 500 of what you paid is credited toward it.

Starter logo

Every package includes a free starter logo: your business name set in 3 typefaces, and you pick one. It comes with no revisions. It's a starter logo, not a brand, and it is not a trademark search: check the name is free to use before you rely on it.

Editing your site

You can edit your site's text and images yourself. Layout changes go through us, as new work or within your Care Plan hours.

Reviews and changes

Your site is built on a private staging link. You comment on it directly, and we apply comments in batches during your comment and change period, which is set in your quote.
Comments come from one person, so the site isn't pulled two ways.
Fixes (something broken or wrong) are always free. New pages or features are quoted first.
If we hear nothing for 10 working days, the project pauses.

After launch

For 14 days after launch we fix anything that's broken, free. After that, updates are covered by an optional Care Plan or quoted as new work.

Care Plan

Billed monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum. After that, either side can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Each plan includes a set number of change hours a month. Unused hours don't roll over. Extra hours are RM 120 an hour, agreed before work starts.
Pay a year upfront and you pay 10 months' price.
Hosting and domain fees after the first year are not included.

Ownership

Work we deliver, and the domain and admin accounts, stay ours until the project is paid in full.
Once it's paid, you have full rights to use your site and its deliverables.

Liability

Tadal Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
